1. Who Are ICT Focals and How Can They Assist You?
The ICT Focals are your primary contacts for ICT support within DENR Region 6.
They are responsible for handling requests related to technical assistance, system development,
and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient ICT operations.

2. What to Do When Experiencing Desktop Issues or Needing ICT Assistance?
If you encounter desktop issues or require ICT support, please complete the Service Request Form (SRF).
This form can be downloaded from the ICT Request section. Fill out all required fields, including your information and a detailed description of the issue.
Make sure to indicate the type of request (e.g., Technical Assistance, Asset Borrow, Meeting Setup).
Once you have completed the form, obtain approval from your immediate supervisor, division chief or section chief. After their signature,
submit the form to the Planning and Management Division - Management Information and Statistical Section (PMD-MISS),
by receiving it to the PMD Office on the 2nd floor, DENR Region 6 Bldg.
After submission and approval from our PMD Chief, a Technical Support Representative from the ICT focals will reach out to coordinate and schedule the necessary support.
The ICT Focals will ensure you receive prompt assistance.
3. What to Do in Case of Network Connectivity Issues?
If you experience network connectivity issues, please first check all cables and connections. If the issue persists, contact the ICT Focals for assistance. They will assess the issue, provide troubleshooting support, and coordinate with network administrators to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.
4. Need a System or Inventory Database Developed?
If you require the development of a system or an inventory database for DENR Region 6, please reach out to the ICT Focals. They will guide you through the process and collaborate with you to create a potential system that meets the specific needs of your department.
